Scream Test

We performed a scream test on devices that were assumed to be missing or stolen. 

Result

Automatic Push Update

We identified devices that could not be updated due to the need for hardware upgrades or the approaching audit deadlines. We shared a list of devices with BMG to request the vendor to push automatic updates, excluding those of VIPs.

Note: The devices that did not accommodate automatic push updates were catered to manually by our IT experts.

Our experts created a matrix by plotting all the required application updates such as Office, chrome, etc., against serial numbers that required OS updates. The idea was to save time and effort by performing both OS and application updates simultaneously.
